I enjoyed working with Jawad. He was communicative and interested to understand the project on more than just a surface level.

He was also flexible to changes and work to schedule.

A revision round is a structured phase of feedback. Once I deliver a set of designs (like a high-fidelity mockup), you review the work and provide a consolidated list of requested changes. I then implement all those adjustments in one go. This counts as one round.

Minor adjustments like fixing some typos, changing a colour hex code, or swapping a specific icon are typically handled as “polishing” and don’t count as a full round. A Round usually involves layout changes, structural adjustments, or multiple combined stylistic requests.

While my goal is to nail the design within the planned rounds, extra revisions are always available. If we exceed the package limit, additional rounds are billed at a flat rate or hourly, depending on our initial agreement. I will always notify you before we move into “extra” territory.

To get the most value out of your revision round, I recommend:

  • Consolidate: Discuss & provide feedback of all stakeholders into one single document or Loom video.

  • Be Specific: Instead of saying “I don’t like this,” try “The contrast here feels too low for our older demographic.”

  • The “Why”: Explain the problem you’re seeing so I can find the best design solution for it.

I work independently on projects with timelines and budgets suited for a solo designer. But when needed, I collaborate with a trusted network of UI/UX designers, visual and motion designers, product strategists, UX researchers, and writers.

If your project demands more than a solo player, I can either bring in the right specialists or seamlessly integrate with your existing team to keep the workflow smooth and scalable.

Choosing a subscription model can be beneficial if you seek ongoing support & updates for your UI/UX design projects. This model allows for flexibility, ensuring that your design evolves with your brand’s needs. If you anticipate needing regular adjustments or enhancements, a subscription could be the right fit for you.

The subscription model allows you to book my design services on a monthly basis. This gives you consistent access to design support — great for startups, product teams, or ongoing projects. It’s predictable, flexible, and removes the need to scope every small task.

Pricing depends on the scope — small design tasks may start from a few hundred dollars, while full product design projects (including wireframes, UI, prototypes, and post-launch maintenance) are custom quoted.

You’ll only pay for what you actually need. Reach out with a quick brief, and I’ll get back with a tailored proposal.

I blend strategic thinking with clean, user-first design. Every pixel I design is backed by research, empathy, and business understanding — not just aesthetics. I also work fast, communicate clearly, and treat every project like a partnership, not a gig.

Yes — especially if your project is unique or has specific goals. A custom quote ensures you’re only paying for what you actually need. Reach out with a quick brief, and I’ll get back with a tailored proposal.

I typically use messaging & meeting apps, task boards, Figma comments, documentation tools & emails — depending on your preference. I keep communication transparent through regular check-ins, async updates, and organised documentation, so you’re always in the loop and nothing gets missed.

Yes — for smaller tasks like UI tweaks, component redesigns, or rapid concepts, I offer day-based delivery depending on availability. For larger projects, I’ll provide an accurate timeline after reviewing the scope.

It varies by complexity:

  • Mini tasks → 1–3 days.
  • Landing page or home screen → 1–3 days.
  • Full product UI/UX (including research) → 3–6 weeks.
  • Post launch maintenance → Always available.

I’ll always give you a realistic timeline before we start.
